Use of the Service

No Investment Advice

ConsAIs provides tools for analysis, order placement, and portfolio management. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you, and you are solely responsible for the outcomes of any trades placed through the Service.

Broker Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party brokers (such as Zerodha Kite and Upstox). Your use of those brokers is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or losses caused by third-party broker systems.

Assumption of Risk

Trading in financial markets, including futures and options, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsAIs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any linked broker accounts at any time.
